摘要 针对人流量大、电梯使用频繁的场合,提出了电梯并联运行控制系统设计方案。以两部电梯并联运行为例,详细分析了其群控逻辑和协同工作机制。通过分析电梯的负载特性,确定其理想速度曲线为抛物线-直线综合的速度曲线。系统借助变频器、D/A转换模块实现电梯信号采集与运行控制,利用PLC的N:N通信功能,实现两部电梯的信息共享与协同。经在三菱软件环境下编写、调试程序,采用电梯模型反复测试与优化,最终确保了系统的稳定性与可靠性,有效提升了电梯的运行效率。 A design scheme for parallel operation control system of elevators is proposed for situations with high pedestrian flow and frequent use of elevators.Taking the parallel operation of two elevators as an example,the group control logic and collaborative working mechanism were analyzed in detail.By analyzing the load characteristics of the elevator,a parabolic linear composite speed curve is selected as the ideal speed curve.The system utilizes frequency converters and D/A conversion modules to achieve elevator signal acquisition and operation control,and utilizes the N:N communication function of PLC to achieve information sharing and collaboration between two elevators.After writing and debugging the program in Mitsubishi software environment,repeated testing and optimization are carried out using the elevator model to ensure the stability and reliability of the system and effectively improve the operation efficiency of the elevator.
