钢琴地轴折弯机器人控制系统设计与研发

Design and Development of Control System for Piano Shaft Bending Robot

摘要 采用上、下位机相结合的方式,构建钢琴地轴折弯机器人的整体功能。上位机采用PyQt5开发功能界面,为设计和操作人员提供工程设计、加工操作等工作界面,下位机以STM32F4工业控制器作为硬件平台,开发依据上位机加工指令驱动执行机构作业的控制软件,构成上下位机联动、设计与加工一体化的全流程自动化钢琴地轴折弯机器人控制系统。实践表明,所设计的钢琴地轴折弯机器人及其控制系统能够较好地满足钢琴生产企业的地轴加工需要,为企业减少重复设计、降低劳动力成本提供了有效支撑。 Using a combination of upper and lower computers,the overall function of the piano shaft bending robot is constructed.The upper computer adopts PyQt5 to develop functional interfaces,providing engineering design,processing operation and other work interfaces for designers and operators.The lower computer uses STM32F4 industrial controller as the hardware platform to develop control software that drives the execution mechanism according to the processing instructions of the upper computer,which constitutes the full-process automated piano shaft bending robot control system with the upper and lower computer linkage and the integration of design and processing.Practice has shown that the piano shaft bending robot and its control system designed in this paper can better meet the shaft processing needs of piano production enterprises,providing effective support for enterprises to reduce repetitive designs and labor costs.
