摘要
针对石油化工仪表自动控制系统中存在的非线性强、参数耦合等问题,提出了一种双层模糊PID控制方法。该方法包括基于误差分区的自适应模糊PID控制器和面向多参数耦合的规则自整定机制,实现了控制参数的动态调整和耦合问题的有效处理。在某石化企业重油催化装置主馏塔温度控制系统的应用表明,该方法显著提升了系统的控制精度和抗干扰能力,具有良好的工程实用价值。
This paper proposes a two-layer fuzzy PID control method to address the issues of strong nonlinearity and parameter coupling in the automatic control system of petrochemical instruments.This method includes an adaptive fuzzy PID controller based on error partitioning and a rule self-tuning mechanism for multi parameter coupling,which achieves dynamic adjustment of control parameters and effective handling of coupling problems.The application of the temperature control system for the main distillation tower of a heavy oil catalytic unit in a petrochemical enterprise has shown that this method significantly improves the control accuracy and anti-interference ability of the system,and has good engineering practical value.
