摘要
基于选煤厂煤炭分选设备自动化控制需求,构建了三层PLC控制系统架构,设计了高精度参数采集方法,实现了自适应中值滤波与小波阈值去噪的信号处理流程,进而开发了基于模糊PID的执行控制策略。实验结果表明,该系统较传统手动仪表控制在产品灰分合格率、设备运行稳定性、生产效率等方面分别提升了10.6%、56.8%、11.2%,人工干预频次及系统故障率降幅分别达到79.8%和75.0%。
Based on the automatic control requirements for coal separation equipment in coal preparation plants,a three-layer PLC control system architecture was constructed.A high-precision parameter acquisition method was designed,and a signal processing procedure integrating adaptive median filtering and wavelet threshold denoising was implemented.Additionally,an execution control strategy based on fuzzy PID was developed.Experimental results demonstrated that,compared with traditional manual instrument control,this system achieved improvements of 10.6%,56.8%,and 11.2%in product ash content qualification rate,equipment operational stability,and production efficiency,respectively.Furthermore,reductions of 79.8%and 75.0%were observed in the frequency of manual interventions and system failure rates,respectively.
