摘要
变压器油中溶解的氢气(H_(2))是变压器放电故障的重要特征气体之一,有必要对氢气进行快速、高灵敏的检测。采用水热法和液相沉积法制备了Au负载的ZnO/SnO_(2)/Zn_(2)SnO_(4)复合分级微球,并对其氢气气敏性能和机理进行了研究。结果表明:Au纳米颗粒负载可以有效提高ZnO/SnO_(2)/Zn_(2)SnO_(4)复合分级微球的氢气气敏性能,在220℃的最佳工作温度下对50 ppm H_(2)的灵敏度为9.1,响应和恢复时间分别为1.9 s和2.6 s,展现出良好的可重复性、长期稳定性和选择性。Au负载ZnO/SnO_(2)/Zn_(2)SnO_(4)复合分级微球是变压器油溶氢气检测的合适选择,在变压器放电故障预警领域具有广阔的应用潜力。
Hydrogen(H_(2)),a characteristic gas dissolved in transformer oil,is one of the important markers of transformer discharge faults.Therefore,it is highly necessary to detect hydrogen rapidly and with high sensitivity.In this study,Au-loaded ZnO/SnO_(2)/Zn_(2)SnO_(4) composite hierarchical microspheres were prepared by hydrothermal and liquid phase deposition methods,and their hydrogen gas sensitive properties and mechanisms were systematically investigated.The results indicate that the hydrogen gas sensing performance of ZnO/SnO_(2)/Zn_(2)SnO_(4) composite hierarchical microspheres can be significantly improved by loading Au nanoparticles,achieving a sensitivity of 9.1 toward 50 ppm H2 at the optimal working temperature of 220℃,with rapid response and recovery times of 1.9 s and 2.6 s respectively.It also exhibits good repeatability,long-term stability and selectivity.Thus,the material is considered to be a suitable candidate for the detection of dissolved H_(2) in transformer oil,and it has wide potential applications for discharge fault warning in power transformers.
