氮锌配施对不同锌效率玉米品种子粒产量及营养品质的影响

Effect of Nitrogen and Zinc Application on the Grain Yield and Nutrition Quality of Different Zinc Efficient Maize Varieties

摘要 以郑单958和隆平638为供试材料,设3个施氮水平(225、180和90 kg/hm^(2),即HN、MN和LN)和两个喷施锌肥处理(不喷施和拔节期、大喇叭口期分别喷施2.25 kg/hm^(2),即F0和F1),研究不同氮锌配施下不同品种子粒产量和淀粉及蛋白质等营养品质的变化。结果表明,与LN处理相比,HN和MN处理分别降低玉米果穗秃尖长和提高子粒中支链淀粉含量;HN处理增产6.5%,支链淀粉和蛋白质产量显著提高。施氮处理对子粒中蛋白质和粗脂肪含量无显著影响,以MN和LN处理下球蛋白和醇溶蛋白含量较高,淀粉产量较低。与F0处理相比,F1处理下果穗秃尖长降低8.6%,产量增加2.0%,除子粒醇溶蛋白和粗纤维含量和谷/醇外,施锌对子粒其他营养品质指标无显著影响。两个品种以郑单958的淀粉及支链淀粉、蛋白质含量和谷/醇较高。各处理以HNF1处理下郑单958的子粒产量、淀粉含量、支链淀粉含量及产量和谷/醇较高。 A field experiment was conducted using ZD958 and LP638 with 3 N rates(225,180 and 90 kg/ha,HN,MN and LN)and 2 foliar Zn treatments(no Zn and foliar Zn,F0 and F1),to investigate the effect of different N and Zn applications on the grain yield and starch and protein quality of maize.The result indicated that relative to LN,MN and HN averagely decreased the bare tip length and increased the grain amylopectin content.Compared to LN,HN increased the grain yield by 6.5%and amylopectin and protein yield.MN and LN had higher globulin and gliadin content but lower starch yield.Compared to F0,F1 could decrease the bare tip length by 8.6%but increase yield by 2.0%,and had no significant effect on quality indices except the gliadin and crude fibre content and glute⁃nin/gliadin.ZD958 had higher starch,amylopectinand protein content and glutenin/gliadin than LP638.Among the treatments,HNF1 in ZD958 had the highest grain yield,starch and amylopectin content and amylopectin yield,and glutenin/gliadin.
