摘要
利用第3次全国种质资源普查中收集于河北省各个县市共246份地方种质,对其表型进行分析。结果表明,246份玉米地方品种遗传多样性丰富,子粒颜色分为10种,子粒形状分为4种。各个性状的变异幅度不同,其中分蘖数变异最大,变异系数达到111.34%。株高和穗位高、叶片数、穗上叶片数、雄穗分支数、穗长、穗粗、行粒数呈极显著正相关。主成分分析结果表明,3个主因子(特征值大于1)为株高和穗位高、雄穗分支数以及穗行数,共表现出65.435%表型变异。聚类分析将246份玉米地方种质资源划分为7个类群,各类群的地方种质表型特征不同。
In this study,a total of 246 landrace germplasms collected from various regions in Hebei Province during the third national germplasm resource census were analyzed for their phenotypic characteristics.The results showed that the genetic diversity among these 246 maize landraces was rich,with seed color categorized into 10 types and grain shape into 4 types.The extent of variation differed among traits,with tiller number showing the larg⁃est variation,coefficient of variation was 111.34%.Plant height was significantly positively correlated with ear height,leaf number,number of leaves on ear,tassel branch number,ear length,ear diameter and grain number per row.Principal component analysis showed that the three main factors(eigenvalue>1)were plant height and ear height,number of tassel branches,and kernel rows per ear,which collectively explained 65.435%of the phenotypic variation.Through cluster analysis,246 maize local germplasm resources were divided into 7 groups,each with dis⁃tinct phenotypic characteristics.
