摘要
本研究在理论分析的基础上,基于2022年中国沪深A股上市公司数据,使用固定效应模型,探究产学研融合对“链主”企业创新的影响及作用机制。研究发现:产学研融合对“链主”企业创新具有显著的正向促进作用,在进行内生性处理和稳健性检验后,结果依然显著;机制分析发现,产学研融合通过促进研究人员数量的增加和董事会规模的扩大可以显著增强“链主”企业创新的效果;异质性分析表明,产学研融合对“链主”企业创新的促进作用在不同地区和不同的企业特征上存在一定的异质性。
Building on theoretical analysis,this study employed firm-level data from China's A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen in 2022 and applied a fixed effects model to investigate the impact and underlying mechanisms of industry-university-research(IUR)collaboration on the innovation performance of"lead firms"in the supply chain.The findings revealed that IUR collaboration significantly enhanced innovation in"lead firms",and the results remained robust after addressing endogeneity concerns and conducting a series of robustness checks.Mechanism analysis revealed that the integration of industry,academia,and research could significantly enhance the innovation effectiveness of"lead firms"enterprises by increasing the number of researchers and expanding the board size.Heterogeneity analysis suggested that the innovation-enhancing effects of IUR collaboration varied across regions and firm-specific characteristics.
