摘要
荃广A是安徽荃银高科种业股份有限公司以广8B为母本、荃9311B为父本进行人工杂交,利用分子育种技术筛选后再与荃9311A测交并回交多代选育而成的优质三系不育系,具有株型紧凑、茎秆粗壮、分蘖力较强、米质优等特点,2019年通过安徽省农作物品种审定委员会技术鉴定,并获得了农业农村部植物新品种授权(CNA20191001577)。荃广A配组表现优,所配组合荃广优879、荃广优851和荃广优822均于2021年通过了国家农作物品种审定委员会审定,且3个组合均比对照增产明显,生育期比对照早熟3.0~5.1 d。荃广优851米质达到农业行业《食用稻品种品质》标准1级,荃广优879和荃广优822米质达到2级。介绍了荃广A的选育过程、特征特性及其繁殖技术要点。
Quanguang A is a high-quality CMS line developed by Anhui Win-all High-tech Seed Co.,Ltd.It was bred by artificial hybridization with Guang 8B as the female parent and Quan 9311B as the male parent,followed by test-cross and backcrossing for multiple generations with Quan 9311A after molecular breeding.Quanguang A was characterized by compact plant type,thick stems,strong tillering ability and good grain quality.In 2019,it was technically identified by Anhui Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee and authorized as a new plant variety(CNA20191001577)by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.Quanguang A showed excellent performance in hybrid combination breeding.In 2021,the hybrid combinations Quanguangyou 879,Quanguangyou 851 and Quanguangyou 822 developed with Quanguang A were all approved by the National Crop Variety Appraisal Committee.These three hybrid combinations showed significantly higher yields and the maturity 3.0~5.1 days earlier than the control.The grain quality of Quanguangyou 851 reached the first grade of the agricultural industry standard Cooking Rice Variety Quality,and that of Quanguangyou 879 and Quanguangyou 822 reached the second grade.The breeding process,characteristics and multiplication techniques of Quanguang A were introduced.
