摘要
海文486S系海南省农业科学院粮食作物研究所以两系不育系湘陵628S为母本,以抗稻瘟病优质水稻品种华占为父本进行杂交,经多地多代选育而成的两系不育系,具有不育起点温度低、抗稻瘟病、米质优、异交率高等优点,2021年通过海南省农作物品种审定委员会审定。利用海文486S与恢复系海恢7139配制的杂交稻新组合海两优7139,于2024年通过海南省农作物品种审定委员会审定。介绍了海文486S的选育过程、特征特性、配组表现及繁殖制种技术要点等。
Haiwen 486S,derived from the cross between Xiangling 628S,a two-line male sterile line,as the female parent and Huazhan,a high-quality and blast-resistant rice variety,as the male parent,is a two-line sterile line developed by the Institute of Food Crops,Hainan Academy of Agricultural Sciences after selection for multiple generations in multiple locations.It has the advantages of low critical sterility-inducing temperature,resistance to rice blast,good grain quality and a high outcrossing rate.It was approved by Hainan Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2021.The new hybrid rice combination Hailiangyou 7139 derived from Haiwen 486S and the restorer line Haihui 7139 was approved by Hainan Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2024.This paper introduced the breeding process,characteristics,F_(1) hybrid performance and key technical points in the multiplication and hybrid seed production of Haiwen 486S.
