摘要
随着人工智能的迅速崛起,其在大学英语教学中的应用日益普及,推动教师角色由单一的知识传递转向教学设计、学生发展引导及技术整合。智能批改、语音识别与自适应学习系统等技术的应用实现了教学的个性化和高效化。基于文献分析与案例研究,本文探讨了教师角色转型的内在逻辑,剖析了从知识传递者到学习设计者、从单一讲授者到多元指导者以及从传统教学者到技术整合者的演变机制,并提出提升人工智能素养、创新教学模式、强化师生互动及构建协同创新教育生态的具体路径。研究表明,大学英语教师应主动拥抱技术变革,提升专业能力,从而更好地满足新时代英语教育的需求。
With the rapid rise of artificial intelligence,its application in college English teaching has become increasingly widespread,driving a shift in teachers’roles from mere knowledge transmitters to instructional designers,student development facilitators,and technology integrators.The adoption of intelligent grading,speech recognition,and adaptive learning systems has enhanced the personalization and efficiency of teaching.Based on literature analysis and case studies,this paper explores the intrinsic logic behind teachers’role transformation,examining the evolution from knowledge transmitters to learning designers,from single-mode lecturers to multidimensional guides,and from traditional instructors to technology integrators.Furthermore,it proposes specific development strategies,including enhancing AI literacy,innovating teaching models,strengthening teacher-student interaction,and fostering a collaborative and innovative educational ecosystem.The study concludes that college English teachers should actively embrace technological advancements and enhance their professional competencies to better meet the demands of English education in the new era.
