摘要
以南浔古镇为例,运用ROST CM6.0软件和扎根理论对网络文本进行分析,从旅游者感知视角研究江南水乡古镇的地方性感知与维度构建。结果表明:南浔古镇旅游者以短途游为主要形式,伴游形式多样化;旅游者对南浔古镇的地方性感知内容丰富,其地方性维度构建包含空间地理氛围、历史文化感知、建筑与景观特征、情感体验,以及社会互动与交往五个维度。此外,旅游者地方性感知的消极类属集中在地方性感知、住宿体验和旅游服务三个维度。
Using Nanxun Ancient Town as a case study,this research analyzes online texts through ROST CM6.0 software and grounded theory to investigate tourists'perceived placeness and the construction of its dimensions from the perspective of tourist perception.The findings indicate that tourism in Nanxun Ancient Town is predominantly characterized by short-distance trips with diverse forms of companionship.Tourists’perceptions of placeness in Nanxun are multifaceted,encompassing dimensions such as spatial and geographical atmosphere,historical and cultural perception,architectural and landscape features,emotional experience,and social interaction.Additionally,the negative aspects of tourists'placeness are mainly associated with three core dimensions:placeness,accommodation experience,and tourism services.
