超声波辅助提取橙皮香精油的工艺研究

摘要 以脐橙皮为原料,香精油提取率为指标,探究超声波辅助法提取橙皮香精油的最优工艺条件。单因素试验考查料液比、提取时间、石油醚体积分数和提取温度对橙皮香精油提取率的影响。在此基础上,采用Box-behnken原理设计响应面试验,确定石油醚体积分数、提取温度和提取时间3个因素对橙皮香精油提取的最佳工艺。结果表明,橙皮香精油提取的最优工艺条件为石油醚体积分数90%,提取温度30℃,提取时间15 min,在此条件下橙皮香精油提取率最高,为2.42%,为橙皮香精油在大规模生产中的应用提供了工艺参数。 In this paper,the optimal process conditions for extracting navel orange peel essential oil by ultrasound-assisted method were studied by using navel orange peel as raw material and the extraction rate of essential oil as the experimental index.The effects of solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,petroleum ether volume fraction and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of navel orange peel essential oil were investigated by single factor experiments.On the basis of the single factor experiments,the response surface plots were designed according to the Box-behnken principle,and the influence of three factors of petroleum ether volume fraction,extraction temperature and extraction time on the navel orange peel essential oil was studied.The results showed that the optimal process conditions for the extraction of navel orange peel essential oil were the petroleum ether volume fraction 90%,extraction temperature 30℃and extraction time 15 min.Under the optimized conditions,the extraction rate of orange peel essential oil was the highest,as high as 2.42%.This study indicated that could provide a reference for the application of navel orange peel essential oil in large-scale production.
