摘要
复合材料与金属连接属于异质材料连接,胶接连接在航空航天领域被广泛应用。影响胶接性能的因素主要有粘接物材料、粘接面的表面处理、预置胶瘤大小、不同材料的热膨胀系数差异以及温度条件等。本文通过力学测试、无损检测等方法探究了粘接物材料、预置胶瘤大小、高低温作用对复合材料与金属胶接性能的影响。试验结果表明,粘接物材料、胶瘤尺寸、高低温环境都会对碳纤维复合材料与铝合金垫片的粘接性能带来一定程度的影响。这一研究对于飞行器复合材料结构的设计及粘接工艺优化具有非常重要的意义。
Composite materials and metal connections belong to heterogeneous material connections,and adhesive connections are widely used in the aerospace field.The factors that affect the bonding performance mainly include the material of the adhesive,the surface treatment of the bonding surface,the size of the preset glue lump,the difference of coefficient of thermal expansion of different materials,temperature conditions,etc.The effects of the material of the adhesive,the size of the preset glue lump,and the high and low temperature on the bonding performance were studied between composite materials and metal through methods such as mechanical testing and non-destructive testing.The experimental results show that the material of the adhesive,the size of the adhesive,and the high and low temperature environment all have a certain degree of impact on the bonding performance between carbon fiber composite materials and aluminum alloy gaskets.This study is of great significance for the design and bonding process optimization of aircraft composite material structures.
