摘要
小儿阑尾周围脓肿作为一种急性阑尾炎临床病理类型,治疗方案包括抗生素治疗为主的保守治疗、间期手术治疗、Ⅰ期腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗等,其最佳的临床治疗方案争议较大。现综述小儿阑尾周围脓肿的临床治疗现状,以期为未来临床治疗的选择提供参考。
Pediatric periappendiceal abscess,as one of the clinicopathological types of acute appendicitis,has various treatment options,including antibiotics‑based conservative therapy,interval appendectomy,and primary laparoscopic appendectomy.However,the optimal clinical treatment strategy remains highly controversial.This article reviewed the current clinical management of pediatric periappendiceal abscess,aiming to provide a reference for future treatment selection.
