摘要
腹裂是一种先天性腹壁缺损,在存活新生儿中的发病率约为0.025%,超过90%的腹裂可在产前检查中发现。腹裂患儿围产期的治疗与护理在国内外存在很多争议,学者们不断研究更佳的治疗方案以改善患儿预后。2024年,欧洲罕见遗传性先天畸形参考网发布了最新的腹裂管理循证指南。该指南收集了欧洲国家医疗及护理团队的临床数据,从多方面阐述了腹裂患儿围产期管理的重要问题,以提高腹裂患儿的整体医护质量。本文结合我国临床现状对该指南的部分要点进行解读,旨在为医护人员和家属推荐最新的腹裂患儿围手术期管理模式和规范,以提高国内腹裂患儿围手术期管理水平。
Gastroschisis is a congenital abdominal wall defect with an incidence of approximately 0.025%in living newborns.Over 90%of gastroschisis cases can be detected during prenatal examinations.The perinatal treatment and care of gastroschisis remain controversial both domestically and internationally.Great strides have been continuously made on improving treatment strategies to enhance patient outcomes.In 2024,the European reference network for rare inherited congenital anomalies(ERNICA)released the latest evidence‑based guidelines on gastroschisis management.These guidelines collected clinical data from medical and nursing teams across European countries,addressing critical aspects of perinatal management for gastroschisis to improve overall healthcare quality for affected infants.This article interpreted key points from the guidelines in the context of domestic clinical practices,aiming to provide healthcare professionals and families with updated recommendations on perioperative management protocols and standards,thereby enhancing the level of perioperative care for gastroschisis patients in China.
