数字疗法在糖尿病全程管理中的应用与挑战

摘要 糖尿病数字疗法(DTx)通过智能化与信息化技术,突破传统医疗资源限制,实现疾病全程管理的闭环模式:从高危人群筛查、个性化干预到并发症防治。其核心价值体现在基于人工智能(AI)的精准预测、可穿戴设备的动态监测以及真实世界证据驱动的临床决策优化。然而,DTx发展面临临床证据不足、数据安全风险及支付体系缺失等挑战。未来需通过强化监管框架、推动技术标准化、深化多方合作,加速其向“主动干预”医疗模式的转型。本文系统梳理DTx在糖尿病管理中的应用场景、技术瓶颈与政策路径,为临床实践与行业发展提供参考。 Digital therapeutics(DTx)for diabetes leverage intelligent and information technologies to overcome the limitations of traditional medical resources.This enables a closed-loop management model that spans the entire disease process,from high-risk population screening and personalized intervention to the prevention and treatment of complications.Their core value is reflected in precise prediction based on artificial intelligence,dynamic monitoring through wearable devices,and optimization of clinical decision-making driven by real-world evidence.However,the development of DTx faces challenges such as insufficient clinical evidence,data security risks,and the absence of a payment system.Future efforts should focus on strengthening regulatory frameworks,promoting technological standardization,and deepening multi-party cooperation to accelerate its transformation towards a"proactive intervention"healthcare model.The article systematically reviews the application scenarios,technical bottlenecks,and policy pathways of DTx in diabetes management,providing references for clinical practice and industry development.
