摘要 研究物联网技术在广播电视10kW发射机故障预警系统中的应用,提出一种结合传感器网络、边缘计算及云端分析的智能监控方案。通过实时采集发射机关键参数并进行动态分析,系统可实现对异常模式的精准捕捉、故障的实时预警及运行趋势的深度预测。实验结果表明,所提系统在故障预警准确率、响应速度及故障诊断一致性方面表现优异,可为广播电视10kW发射机的智能化运行与维护提供可靠支持。 This paper studies the application of Internet of Things technology in the early warning system of broadcast and television 10 kW transmitter failure,and proposes an intelligent monitoring scheme combining sensor network,edge computing and cloud analysis.By collecting key parameters of the transmitter in real-time and conducting dynamic analysis,the system can achieve precise capture of abnormal patterns,real-time warning of faults,and deep prediction of operating trends.The experimental results show that the system performs excellently in terms of fault warning accuracy,response speed,and fault diagnosis consistency,providing reliable support for the intelligent operation and maintenance of 10 kW transmitters for broadcasting and television.
