摘要
针对传统10 kW数字调幅中波广播发射机存在的控制单元分散问题,提出一种基于双核控制架构的系统级智能化集成方案。采用复杂可编程逻辑器件(Complex Programmable Logic Device,CPLD)+ARM(Advanced RISC Machine)架构将控制板、显示板、对外接口板及微机控制板集成至单一板卡,实现中波广播发射机的开关机、升降功率等数据采集、实时监控和故障处理等功能,为实时多任务操作提供强大的支撑。测试结果表明,升级后数字调幅中波广播发射机体积缩减30%左右,人机界面更详细、更友好,并具有控制双通道,为后期台站智能化监测和维护提供了保障。
Aiming at the problem of scattered control units in the traditional 10 kW medium-wave digital amplitude modulation broadcasting transmitter,a system-level intelligent integration scheme based on a dual-core control architecture is proposed.The control board,display board,external interface board and microcomputer control board are integrated into a single board card by adopting the Complex Programmable Logic Device(CPLD)+ARM(Advanced RISC Machine)architecture,achieving functions such as data acquisition,real-time monitoring and fault handling for the on/off and power rise and fall of the medium-wave broadcast transmitter,providing strong support for real-time multi-task operation.The test results show that after the upgrade,the volume of the medium-wave digital amplitude modulation broadcast transmitter has been reduced by about 30%,the human-machine interface is more detailed and user-friendly,and it has dual control channels,providing a guarantee for the intelligent monitoring and maintenance of the station in the later stage.
