摘要
目的 :探究复方透骨草方外用治疗角化型鹅掌风的效果。方法 :将118例鹅掌风患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组59例。治疗后随访,对比观察患者皮肤瘙痒情况、治疗安全性与治疗效果、皮损面积与西药用量情况。结果 :治疗前,两组瘙痒评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组瘙痒评分低于对照组(P<0.05),总安全率略高于对照组(94.92%vs 91.53%,P>0.05),皮损面积明显小于对照组,西药用量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率高于对照组(98.31%vs 88.14%,P<0.05)。结论 :复方透骨草方外用治疗角化型鹅掌风可改善其皮损、瘙痒症状,提高治疗安全性与疗效,值得临床进一步试用。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of compound Tougucao prescription for the treatment of keratotic tinea manuum.Methods:A total of 118 patients with keratotic tinea manuum were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group based on the random number table method with 59 cases each.All patients were treated and followed up.The skin itching,treatment safety and treatment effect,skin lesion area and dosage of Western medicine were compared and observed.Results:The pruritus scores showed no significant differences before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),however,were lower in the treatment group than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The overall safety rate in the treatment group was slightly higher than that of the control group(94.92%vs 91.53%,P>0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion area was significantly smaller,the dosage of western medicine was significantly less in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).The overall effective rate was higher in the treatment group than the control group(98.31%vs 88.14%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The external application of compound Tougucao prescription in the treatment of keratotic tinea manuum can improve the symptoms of skin lesions and itching and the safety and therapeutic effect,which is worthy of further clinical trials.
