摘要
随着人工智能技术飞速发展,哲学社会科学研究组织方式亟待创新以适配这一变革。本文构建了“技术赋能-组织适配”的理论框架,分析人工智能技术通过革新资源获取方式、拓展协作半径、重塑成果生产逻辑,赋能哲学社会科学研究的结构重组、流程再造和治理升级,实现与人工智能技术相适配的哲学社会科学研究组织方式创新。哲学社会科学实验室的创新实践表明,资源治理专业化、协作形态柔性化、成果转化流程化,可以促进形成技术理性与人文关怀共生的新型研究生态。
With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence(AI),the organizational modes of research in philosophy and the social sciences urgently require innovation to adapt to this transformation.This paper develops a theoretical framework of“technology empowerment–organizational adaptation,”analyzing how AI empowers structural restructuring,process reengineering,and governance upgrading in philosophy and social science research by transforming resource acquisition methods,expanding collaboration networks,and reshaping the logic of knowledge production.Such empowerment enables the innovation of research organizations in ways compatible with AI.The innovative practices of philosophy and social science laboratories demonstrate that professionalized resource governance,flexible forms of collaboration,and streamlined processes of knowledge transformation can foster a new research ecosystem where technological rationality and humanistic care coexist.
