煤巷随掘地震监测技术及在袁店一井煤矿的应用

摘要 针对传统地球物理超前探测方法在快速掘进模式与复杂地质条件下的局限性,本文聚焦袁店一井煤矿随掘地震监测工程实例,探讨了煤巷随掘地震监测技术的创新应用。随掘地震技术利用掘进机切割煤层时产生的振动,能够实现对掘进工作面前方地质构造进行连续、实时的监测,显著降低了施工成本与安全风险;同时,通过光纤网络将监测数据实时传输至地面,为矿山智能化建设提供了高效、绿色的解决方案。在袁店一井煤矿的应用中,成功识别了掘进作业前方的地质异常,验证了其在实际生产中的可靠性和有效性。结果表明:随掘地震监测技术不仅为煤矿的智能化发展提供了新的技术路径,同时在地质监测理论与方法上也具有重要的创新意义,能够为实现安全高效的智能掘进提供强有力的地质保障。 Focusing on the limitations of traditional geophysical advance detection methods under rapid drivage modes and complex geological conditions,this paper investigates the innovative application of seismic monitoring technology through an engineering case study at Yuandian No.1 coal mine.The seismic monitoring technology utilizes vibrations generated during coal seam cutting by road headers to achieve continuous real-time monitoring of geological structures ahead of drivage,significantly reducing construction costs and safety risks.Simultaneously,real-time data transmission via fiber-optic networks to surface stations provides an efficient and environmentally friendly solution for intelligent mine construction.The application at Yuandian No.1 coal mine successfully identified geological anomalies ahead of drivage operations,verifying the technology's reliability and effectiveness in practical production.The results demonstrate that the seismic monitoring technology not only offers a novel technical pathway for intelligent coal mine development,but also holds significant innovative implications in geological monitoring theory and methodology,providing robust geological assurance for achieving safe and efficient intelligent driving.
