摘要
为提升循环流化床锅炉的能源利用效率并降低污染物排放,聚焦于循环流化床锅炉深度调峰能力的提升技术,分析深度调峰过程中面临的主要挑战,并从风喷口位置和风配比、输煤筛分破碎、烟气再循环系统共3个方面优化循环流化床锅炉深度调峰能力。结果显示,优化技术的应用明显减小了床料的整体平均粒径,增强了炉膛内部的流化效果。
To enhance the energy utilization efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boilers and reduce pollutant emissions,this paper focuses on the improvement technology of the deep peak shaving capacity of circulating fluidized bed boilers,analyzes the main challenges faced during the deep peak shaving process,and optimizes the deep peak shaving capacity of circulating fluidized bed boilers from three aspects:the position and ratio of air nozzles,coal conveying screening and crushing,and the flue gas recirculation system.The results show that the application of the optimization technology significantly reduces the overall average particle size of the bed material and enhances the fluidization effect inside the furnace.
