摘要
目的探讨HIV感染者合并肠病变的危险因素,并建立相关危险因素的预测模型。方法收集有临床症状接受肠镜检查的HIV感染者的临床数据进行回顾性分析,将患者分为肠镜检查异常组和正常组,采用Logistic回归分析进行分析,基于显著性因素构建预测模型和列线图并进行验证。结果共纳入293例患者,其中检查异常162例。采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归模型确定以下因素作为预测模型和Nomogram的预测因子:性别、便血、合并丙肝、CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞。根据这些预测因子的分析结果构建风险预测模型,曲线下面积为0.701(95%CI:0.640~0.762,P<0.001)。结论基于独立的危险因素,建立了一个校正良好、识别良好的结肠镜检查异常预测模型。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of abnormal colonoscopy in patients with HIV infection and to create a prediction model of related risk factors.Methods Clinical data from patients with clinical symptoms who underwent colonoscopy were collected,and divided into abnormal colonoscopy group and normal group,and analyzed by Logistic regression analysis,and a prediction model and Nomogram were constructed based on significant factors and validated.Results A total of 293 patients were included,of whom 162 had abnormal examinations.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression models were used to identify the following factors as predictors in the prediction model and Nomogram:gender,hematochezia,concomitant hepatitis C,CD8^(+)T lymphocytes.Model of risk prediction was constructed based on the analysis results of these predictors,the area under the curve was 0.701(95%CI:0.640-0.762,P<0.001).Conclusion Based on the independent risk factors,a well-corrected and well-identified prediction model for colonoscopy abnormalities was established.
