摘要
针对水煤浆气化装置高压灰水泵3次检修后出现不同程度的打量不足、扬程下降进行分析,通过3次检修中口环间隙和平衡鼓间隙的对比,以及检修后实际运行参数的变化找出规律,发现各级口环间隙和平衡鼓间隙超标是造成此类故障的主要原因。通过优化完善高压灰水泵预防性检修策略,保证了设备稳定运行。
The analysis focuses on the varying degrees of insufficient flow and head drop that occurred after three overhauls of the high-pressure ash water pump in the water-coal slurry gasification unit.By comparing the data of the clearance of the wear rings and balance drum during the three overhauls,as well as the changes in actual operating parameters after the overhauls,patterns were identified.It was found that the excessive clearance of the wear rings and balance drum at each stage is the main cause of these failures.Therefore,the preventive maintenance strategy for the high-pressure ash water pump has been optimized and improved,which ensured the stable operation of the equipment.
