集装箱船风载荷特性及遮蔽效应研究

摘要 集装箱船甲板上部装载的大量集装箱会受到较大的风载荷,从船舶的航行安全及节能减排的角度来说至关重要。为研究集装箱船不同装载工况下风载荷特性,通过分析集装箱船的迎风角范围,针对集装箱船的典型装载状态进行了全风向的风载荷数值计算。首先,研究了集装箱船6种装载状态下的风阻特性,将计算结果与规范及经验公式对比,分析了不同方法计算结果的差异性;然后,分析了集装箱船纵向及横向风载荷系数的规律,并对集装箱船的速度场、迎风阻力及遮蔽效应进行了分析。结果表明:集装箱船重载时,根据规范、经验公式及数值计算得到的风载荷在个别风向角下会出现较大偏差;在使用规范或经验公式估算横向风载荷系数时,应注意堆垛空缺参数的选取,避免进行过度折减;流线型或者阶梯型等有良好过渡的集装箱堆垛模式,比带有大的局部高度差的堆垛模式所受的风载荷要小;集装箱去流段产生的分离涡会产生低压区,集装箱的堆垛模式影响分离涡的大小,因此实际布置集装箱时应避免集装箱之间出现较大空缺。 A large number of containers loaded on the upper deck of a container ship will experience significant wind loads,which is crucial to the ship navigation safety and energy conservation and emis-sion reduction.In order to study the wind load characteristics of container ships under different loa-ding conditions,numerical calculations of wind loads in all wind directions were performed for typical loading conditions of container ships by analyzing the range of wind angles.The wind resistance cha-racteristics of container ships under six loading conditions were studied firstly.The calculation results were compared with the specifications and empirical formulas to analyze the differences in the calcula-tion results of different methods.And then,analysis was made in the regularity of longitudinal and transverse wind load coefficients of container ships,as well as the speed field,wind resistance,and sheltering effect of container ships.The results show that the wind load obtained from the specifica-tions,empirical formulas,and numerical calculations of container ships under heavy load has signifi-cant deviations at individual wind angles.When estimating the lateral wind load factor using specifica-tions or empirical formulas,attention should be paid to the selection of stacking void parameters to a-void excessive reduction.The streamlined or stepped container stacking mode with good transition is less exposed to wind load than the stacking mode with large local height difference.The separation vortex generated in the container flow-out section will create a low-pressure area,and the stacking pattern of containers affects the size of the separation vortex.Therefore,when arranging containers,it is important to avoid large gaps between containers.
