DeepSeek在科技期刊表格编校问题识别中的应用探索——以台风“杜苏芮”相关研究为例

摘要 表格作为科技论文的重要表达手段,对于提升信息密度、优化比较分析、增强学术可信度具有重要意义,然而部分科技期刊在表格编校方面存在诸多问题。因此,需依据表格编校规范,对表格编校存在的问题进行总结。以台风“杜苏芮”相关研究为样本,利用人工智能模型DeepSeek对表格编校问题进行识别。结果表明,DeepSeek在识别量和单位、表注、表头层级、表身数据问题方面具有优势,而在格式问题识别方面容易出错,且对表格及全文整体的认知较为局限,较难识别出自明性、逻辑性等问题。由此可见,DeepSeek在帮助提升表格编校质量方面具有重要作用,但也存在一些问题,需要对结果进行人工甄别。加强对模型的训练与学习是提高表格问题识别准确率、提质增效的有效途径,可为科研工作者和期刊工作者编校表格提供有益参考。 As an important expression in scientific and technical papers,the table is of great significance in improving information density,optimizing comparative analysis and enhancing academic credibility.However,there are various table editing and proofreading problems in some scientific and technical journals.Therefore,this paper summarizes the common problems according to table rules.Typhoon Doksuri researches are selected as samples to explore the identification of table editing and proofreading problems using an artificial intelligence model DeepSeek.The results show that DeepSeek has advantages in identifying the problems of quantities and units,table notes,hierarchical relationships in table headers,and data in table bodies,while it has defects in identifying the problems in formats.Due to DeepSeek’s limits in understanding the contents of the whole articles and tables,it is difficult to identify the problems of self-revelation and logicality.It can be seen from this that DeepSeek plays an important role in enhancing the quality of table editing and proofreading.However,as it also has limitations,manual screening of its outputs is necessary.Strengthening the training and learning of the model serves as a valid way to increase the precision of identifying table problems and improve quality/efficiency,which can provide a reference for scientific researchers and journal editors in terms of editing and proofreading tables.
