摘要
本文研究了以有机硅D4为原料的OVD法制备光纤预制棒包层工艺中,D4使用不当情况下容易发生气泡的现象和影响。通过一系列实验,提出了解决气泡问题的两个可行路径:通过轮换使用储罐释放气体和泵供料方式都可以解决此问题。
OMCTS(D4)is used in OVD for Optical Fiber Preform production.This paper studied the appearance and influence about the bubble in D4.There are two ways to solve this question from a series of experiments.One method is to release the gas by exchanging tank.Another method is to transfer D4 by pump.
