摘要
针对硬质地面人工开挖雷坑方法的局限性,提出了一种新雷坑快速挖掘技术。设计了两种基于液压动力控制的盾构型和岩斗型钻头,可同时实现雷坑开挖一次成型及废渣收集,满足雷坑开挖耗时短、精度高、痕迹少等技战术要求。通过有限元仿真和开挖试验,获得了钻头在板结土和冰渍黏土两种典型硬质土壤条件下的雷坑掘进效率。结果表明,钻头在不同工况下,均能开挖形成形状规则、尺寸准确的雷坑,盾构型钻头作业效率较高,平均掘进速度最高可达1.2 mm/s,试验结果与仿真结果基本吻合,废渣收集率均高于65%,满足布雷技术要求;设备在-20~40℃的环境下可连续无故障作业,便携平台和车载平台可分别在3和9 min内完成部署,满足可靠性和机动性要求。
To address the limitations of manual excavation methods for mine pits on hard ground conditions,a new rapid excavation technology for mine pits is proposed.The two types of drill bits,namely the shield-type and the rock-bucket-type,based on hydraulic power control,have been designed to achieve one-step formation of mine pits and simultaneous collection of excavated debris,meeting the tactical and technical requirements of short excavation time,high precision,and minimal trace.Through finite element simulations and excavation tests,the tunneling efficiency of the drill bits under two typical hard soil conditions,namely compacted soil and ice-stained clay,has been obtained.The results show that the drill bits can excavate and form mine pits with regular shapes and accurate dimensions under different working conditions.The shield-type drill bit has higher operational efficiency,with a maximum tunneling speed of 1.2 mm/s.The test results are basically consistent with the simulation results,and the waste residue collection rate is higher than 65%,meeting the technical requirements of mine laying.The equipment can operate continuously and without malfunction in an environment ranging from-20℃to 40℃.The portable platform and the vehicle-mounted platform can be deployed within 3 minutes and 9 minutes respectively,meeting the requirements of reliability and mobility.
