摘要
以阿菲尼亚姆挡潮闸修补加固为例,针对挡潮闸与海水接触部分受海水侵蚀碳化,混凝土表面出现蜂窝、麻面、裂缝、局部脱落等问题,分析了混凝土碳化部位确认、破损混凝土清除施工控制、修补工艺标准确定等工程难点,介绍了几种修补材料并选定了修补材料,提出了修补加固措施,总结了施工工艺,工程修补加固取得非常好的效果。
Taking the repair and reinforcement of Afeniyam tidal gate as an example,aiming at the problems of honeycomb,pitted surface,cracks and local falling off of the concrete surface caused by the erosion and carbonization of the contact part between the tidal gate and the sea water,the engineering difficulties such as the confirmation of the concrete carbonization part,the construction control of the removal of damaged concrete,and the determination of the repair process standard are analyzed.This paper introduces several kinds of repair materials,selects the repair materials,puts forward the repair and reinforcement measures,and summarizes the construction technology.The engineering repair and reinforcement has achieved very good results.
