摘要
传统水电检修和设备维护模式存在的缺点和问题不容忽视,且日益成为电力生产安全事故的焦点和“始作俑者”。研究物联网建设、模型系统工程和大数据分析技术实现水电设备工况分析等功能是目前水电能源行业数字化转型的重要课题。大唐彭水水电站从系统架构、设备编码、算法逻辑和数据处理等发面研究并应用了基于模型的水电设备工况及趋势预警系统,通过两个应用案例验证该系统的有效性和实现数字化转型的重要意义:管用、实用、好用是实现数字化转型和智慧电厂建设的初衷和原则。
The shortcomings and problems of traditional hydropower overhaul and equipment maintenance mode can not be ignored,and increasingly become the focus and"initiator"of power production safety accidents.This paper studies the construction of Internet of things,model system engineering and big data analysis technology to realize the functions of hydropower equipment condition analysis,which is an important topic in the digital transformation of hydropower energy industry.Datang Pengshui hydropower station has studied and applied the model-based early warning system of hydropower equipment working conditions and trends from the aspects of system architecture,equipment coding,algorithm logic and data processing.The effectiveness of the system and the significance of realizing digital transformation are verified through two application cases:being effective,practical and easy to use is the original intention and principle of realizing digital transformation and smart power plant construction.
