摘要
通过对轴线盘车数据的分析,掌握机组轴线的倾斜与曲折值,针对轴线不合格部位,结合梨园水电站机组结构特点,分析轴线恶化的原因。应用加垫法处理水轮发电机组轴线,解决水导轴承摆度过大的问题,将轴系摆度控制在标准范围内,保障机组安全稳定运行。
Through the analysis of the turning data of the axis,the tilt and zigzag values of the unit axis are mastered.According to the unqualified parts of the axis,combined with the structural characteristics of the unit of Liyuan hydropower station,the reasons for the deterioration of the axis are analyzed.The cushion method is applied to deal with the axis of the hydro generator unit to solve the problem of excessive swing of the guide bearing,control the shaft swing within the standard range,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
