自动化监测系统在灰土桩加固湿陷性地基施工中的应用

摘要 以引洮供水二期配套会宁县城乡供水工程为例,引进一种新型夹孔锤夯填质量自动化监测报警系统,通过检测各部分电机电流变化及变化时间,达到监测夯填设备的夯填工序质量是否达标,从而解决了湿陷性地基加固中黄土挤密桩打桩位置偏移、孔深不够、垂直度过大、回填次数不够和夯击次数不够以及碾压区域较大、抽检区域占整体区域比例较少、压实质量控制严格等问题,满足实际使用需求。 Taking Huining County Urban and Rural Water Supply Project in the second phase of Yintao Water Supply Project as an example,a new type of automatic monitoring and alarm system for the quality of clamped hole hammer compaction is introduced.By detecting the changes in motor current and change time of each part,the quality of the compaction process of the compaction equipment can be monitored to ensure that it meets the standards.This solves the problems of displacement of the pile driving position,insufficient hole depth,excessive verticality,insufficient backfilling and compaction times,as well as large compaction areas,small proportion of sampling areas in the overall area,and strict compaction quality control in the reinforcement of collapsible foundations.It meets the practical needs.
