摘要
龙开口水电站在坝体及左右岸平硐布设9组正倒垂线组,其中有3条垂线作为坝基引张线、坝体真空激光准直系统的工作基点,为此,正倒垂线组的安全稳定运行是水电站坝体变形监测数据精准的基础。垂线安装时严格按照规范要求往浮桶内加入适量的绝缘油以保证浮力合适,若浮力过大或过小都将影响垂线的正常运行,为此需要即时检查浮筒中的油位,检查时需登上支架和打开桶盖,对垂线的扰动较大,且存在安全隐患。针对目前垂线浮桶存在的问题,设计出了一种液位可视化垂线浮桶,并成功运用于工程实践,避免了油位检查时对垂线的扰动,消除了安全隐患。
Longkaikou Hydropower Station is equipped with 9 groups of positive and inverted vertical lines in the dam body and the adits on the left and right banks,of which 3 vertical lines are used as the working points of the dam foundation tension line and the dam body vacuum laser collimation system.Therefore,the safe and stable operation of the positive and inverted vertical lines is the basis for accurate dam deformation monitoring data of the hydropower station.When installing the vertical line,add an appropriate amount of insulating oil into the floating bucket in strict accordance with the requirements of the specification to ensure proper buoyancy.If the buoyancy is too large or too small,it will affect the normal operation of the vertical line.Therefore,it is necessary to immediately check the oil level in the pontoon,mount the bracket and open the bucket cover during the inspection,which will cause great disturbance to the vertical line and have potential safety hazards.Aiming at the problems existing in the current vertical floating bucket,a liquid level visualization vertical floating bucket is designed and successfully applied in engineering practice,which avoids the disturbance to the vertical line during oil level inspection and eliminates the potential safety hazard.
