白龙潭河取水工程项目水资源论证及取水合理性分析

摘要 建设项目取水必须开展水资源论证,项目取水需进行计量与统一管理。以白龙潭河取水工程为研究对象,经水资源评估模型和调查分析,采用九龙池类比分析法和地下水径流模数法进行水量计算,并进行合理性分析。结果表明:白龙潭河(泉水)取水水量可靠和稳定,该水资源论证有效满足了生产、生活的需求,同时考虑了下游的生态流量。为水政部门管理提供了科学依据,有助于促进水资源可持续利用。 Water resources demonstration must be carried out for the water intake of construction projects,and the water intake of the project needs to be measured and managed in a unified way.This paper takes the Bailongtan river water intake project as the research object,through the water resources assessment model and investigation analysis,uses Jiulong pond analogy analysis method and groundwater runoff modulus method to calculate the water volume,and carries out the rationality analysis.The results show that the water intake of Bailongtan River(spring water)is reliable and stable,and the water resources demonstration can effectively meet the needs of production and life,while considering the ecological flow of the downstream.It provides a scientific basis for the management of water administration departments and helps to promote the sustainable use of water resources.
