摘要
通过采集浙江省H中等职业学校2020年入学学生的数据,以第一学期的期末考试作为前测成绩,以第三学期的期末考试为后测成绩,采用成长百分等级模型计算学生语文、数学、英语等文化学科的增值,探索生源类型对学科增值的影响,得到如下结论:(1)性别对不同学科的增值影响不一致;(2)不同户籍类型生源的学科增值差异不显著;(3)录取类型对不同学科的增值影响不一致;(4)学制类别对不同学科的增值影响不一致;(5)学科前测成绩对不同学科的增值影响不一致。基于上述结论,得到如下启示和建议:(1)密切关注男生的学业成长以及学业状况;(2)重视学生间的数学差异,防止出现严重的两极分化现象;(3)适当扩大中高职一体化的五年制招生规模;(4)深化对初中薄弱学校教育质量的再认识;(5)有必要推行全员参与中考的做法。
By collecting data of students admitted in 2020 from H Secondary Vocational School in Zhejiang Province,with the final exam scores of the first semester as pre-test scores and those of the third semester as post-test scores,this study calculates the value-added of each student in cultural subjects such as Chinese,Mathematics and English using the growth percentile rank model,and explores the impact of student source types on subject value-added.The conclusions are as follows:(1)gender has inconsistent impacts on the value-added of different subjects;(2)there is no significant difference in subject value-added among students with different household registration types;(3)admission types have inconsistent impacts on the value-added of different subjects;(4)academic system types have inconsistent impacts on the value-added of different subjects;(5)Pretest scores of subjects have inconsistent impacts on the value-added of different subjects.Based on the above conclusions,the following enlightenment and suggestions are put forward:(1)Schools should pay close attention to male students’academic growth and academic status;(2)attach importance to differences in Mathematics among students to prevent serious polarization;(3)appropriately expand the scale of five-year program classes for the integration of secondary and higher vocational education;(4)deepen the re-understanding of the educational quality of junior high schools with weak foundations;(5)it is necessary to implement the practice of all students participating in the senior high school entrance examination.
