摘要
契合新质生产力发展要求的高职教育专业结构优化是一项系统工程,需要政府部门、高职院校、企业等多方共同努力。为了破解当下高职教育专业结构与新质生产力发展之间的适配性矛盾,提出以下建议:健全制度供给,加强政策保障;深化专业动态调整,优化层次结构;深度参与产教融合,积极推进标准建设。
Optimizing the major structure of higher vocational education to align with the development requirements of new quality productive forces is a systematic project that requires joint efforts from government departments,higher vocational colleges,enterprises,and other stakeholders.To address the current adaptability contradiction between the major structure of higher vocational education and the development of new quality productive forces,the following suggestions are proposed:improving institutional supply and strengthening policy guarantee;deepening dynamic adjustment of majors to optimize the hierarchical structure;and deeply engaging in the integration of industry and education to actively promote standard construction.
