摘要
采用文献法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等中学体育特长生进行调查,探讨运动队归属感、问题行为与社会适应能力之间的关系。结果发现,团队感知对问题行为具有较好的负向预测作用;自我感知和团队感知对社会适应能力具有较好的正向预测作用;神经质和社会学习对社会适应能力具有较好的负向预测作用。构建的结构方程模型具有较好的拟合效果,问题行为在运动队归属感与社会适应能力之间起完全中介效应。运动队归属感是通过抑制学生问题行为而提升其社会适应能力。建议中学体育特长生运动队教练注重学生运动队归属感的培养,增进成员间的交流,构建融洽的团队环境,这对中学体育特长生树立健全人格及提升社会适应能力具有极其重要的作用。
The literature method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method and other secondary school sports students were used to investigate the relationship between the sense of belonging,problem behavior and social adaptability of sports teams.The results show that team perception has a good negative predictive effect on problem behavior,self-perception and team perception have a good positive predictive effect on social adaptability,and neuroticism and social learning have a good negative predictive effect on social adaptability.The constructed structural equation model has a good fitting effect,and the problem behavior plays a completely mediating effect between the sense of belonging of the sports team and the ability of social adaptability.A sense of belonging to a sports team enhances students'social resilience by inhibiting their problem behavior.It is suggested that the coaches of the sports teams of secondary school sports students pay attention to the cultivation of the sense of belonging of the student sports teams,enhance the communication between members,and build a harmonious team environment,which plays an extremely important role in establishing a sound personality and improving the social adaptability of secondary school sports students.
