女大学生体育锻炼与睡眠质量的关系:自我控制的中介作用

摘要 为探究体育锻炼是否能直接影响自我控制和睡眠质量,以及自我控制因素在体育锻炼对睡眠质量的影响路径中是否存在中介作用。本研究将随机抽样选取890名西南地区女大学生并采用问卷调查等多种研究方法进行实证探究。结果显示:体育锻炼对人体BMI值有显著影响(r=0.055),对女大学生视力状况有显著影响(r=0.076)。女大学生在不同运动量引起的睡眠自我调节控制水平、睡眠质量在统计学上的差异是显著(P=0.000);体育锻炼、自我控制能力和睡眠质量指数两两在统计学上均存在显著性相关,体育锻炼与自我控制能力呈现显著的正相关(r=0.116)、与睡眠质量之间呈显著的负相关性(r=-0.038),自我控制能力与睡眠质量之间为负相关关系(r=-0.365);体育锻炼对自我控制有正向预测作用(β=0.14,P<0.01),对睡眠质量得分有负向预测作用(得分越低,质量越高)(β=-0.02,P<0.01)。自我控制对睡眠质量有负向预测作用(β=-0.41,P<0.01)。也就是说,体育锻炼可以直接正向影响睡眠质量,也可以间接地通过自我控制的中介作用来影响。研究结果表明:积极、适当强度的体育锻炼既能通过自我控制系统间接改善学生睡眠质量,又能有效地直接改善学生睡眠质量。 To investigate whether physical exercise can directly affect self-control and sleep quality,and whether self-control factors play a mediating role in the impact path of physical exercise on sleep quality.In this study,890 female college students in southwest China were randomly selected and investigated by questionnaires.The results showed that physical exercise had a significant effect on body BMI(r=0.055),and on the visual acuity of Female College Students(r=0.076).The statistical differences in sleep self-regulation control level and sleep quality caused by different levels of exercise among female college students are significant(p=0.000),and there were statistically significant correlations among physical exercise,self-control and sleep quality,physical exercise was positively correlated with self-control(r=0.116)and negatively correlated with sleep quality(R=-0.038).There was a negative correlation between self-control and Sleep Quality(R=-0.365)Exercise positively predicted self-control(β=0.14,p<0.01),and negatively predicted sleep quality(The lower the score,the higher the quality)(β=-0.02,p<0.01).Self-control negatively predicted sleep quality(β=-0.41,p<0.01).Physical exercise can directly and positively affect sleep quality,or indirectly through the mediating effect of self-control.The research results indicate that active and moderate intensity physical exercise can indirectly improve students'sleep quality through the self-control system,as well as effectively improve students'sleep quality directly.
