我国民航飞行学员体质健康促进研究——以中国民航大学为例

摘要 运用文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计等方法系统分析了中国民航大学飞行学员的体质健康状况。结果:我国民航飞行学员的体质健康水平呈下降趋势。原因:招飞体检标准降低(n=14);不良生活方式影响(n=12);体质健康管理脱节(n=11);体能训练时间不足(n=9)等。策略:(1)提升学员选拔质量,在招生中增加体质测试,尤其是协调性和灵活性考核;(2)强化准军事化管理,坚持日常监督检查工作,使学员养成健康的生活方式;(3)打造健康管理闭环,加强学员体质健康干预,构建完整体质健康促进体系;(4)加强课外体育管理,增加学员体育锻炼时间,落实课内外一体化教学体系;(5)制定体育锻炼标准,鼓励学员自觉锻炼身体,让学员形成良好的运动习惯。 This study systematically analyzes the physical health status of pilot cadets at the Civil Aviation University of China using literature review,expert interviews,and statistical analysis.Results indicate that the overall physical health level of Chinese civil aviation pilot cadets has shown a declining trend.The major contributing factors include the relaxation of recruitment medical examination standards(n=14),negative lifestyle habits(n=12),fragmented management of physical health(n=11),and insufficient physical training time(n=9).In response,five key strategies are proposed:(1)Improve the quality of cadet selection by integrating fitness assessments—especially coordination and flexibility—into the recruitment process;(2)Reinforce quasi-military management through daily supervision and inspection to promote a healthy lifestyle among cadets;(3)Establish a closed-loop health management system to strengthen interventions that enhance physical well-being;(4)Augment extracurricular sports management by increasing exercise hours and implementing an integrated teaching approach both inside and outside the classroom;(5)Develop physical exercise standards to encourage self-driven practice,fostering positive and lasting exercise habits.
