摘要
黄芩是我国传统的药用植物,其主要活性成分为黄芩苷、黄芩素等黄酮类化合物,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤等生物活性.在黄芩生长阶段其宿主植物内部存在丰富的内生菌资源,包括内生真菌、内生细菌和内生放线菌.通过总结目前黄芩内生菌生物活性的研究,发现其内生菌有显著的抑菌活性.研究表明,黄芩内生菌会产生与宿主植物化学结构相似的次级代谢产物,其化学和生物活性的研究、对挖掘药物先导分子具有重要意义.黄芩内生菌还可以通过微生物发酵,产生黄芩有效活性成分、来提高其药理活性.本文基于黄芩内生菌多样性及其次级代谢产物进行综述,并对其未来开发和运用黄芩及其它药用植物内生菌资源提供参考.
Scutellaria baicalensis is a traditional medicinal plant in China,with its main active components including baicalin,baicalein and other flavonoids,which have anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and anti-tumor properties.During the growth stage of S.baicalensis,there is a rich resource of endophytes within its host plants,including endophytic fungi,bacteria,and actinomycetes.By summarizing the current research on the biological activity of endophytes in S.baicalensis,it is found that these endophytes have significant antibacterial activity.Research shows that the endophytes in S.baicalensis produce secondary metabolites similar to those of the chemical structure of host plants,and studies on their chemical and biological activity are of great significance for the development of lead compounds.The endophytes of S.baicalensis can also produce the effective active components of S.baicalensis through microbial fermentation to improve its pharmacological activity.This study reviews the research progress on the endophytes of S.baicalensis and provides reference for the future development and utilization of endophytic microbial resources from S.baicalensis and other medicinal plants.
