摘要
在新质生产力视域下,高职院校应紧紧围绕文化和旅游产业体系建设需要,着重培养能够满足文旅产业发展需要的高素质、数字化、创新型战略人才。为夯实旅游人才根基,高职院校需深化课程改革,以课程实施方案为引擎,努力打造新质生产力视域下课程育人新途径。以高职院校“全国导游基础知识”课程思政改革教学研究为例,提出课程思政建设的全新路径,对于职业院校如何利用课程引导学生增强社会责任感、使命感,培养高素质技能型人才具有借鉴意义。
From the perspective of new quality productive forces,higher vocational colleges should closely focus on the needs of the cultural and tourism industry system construction and prioritize the cultivation of high-quality,digital,innovative strategic talents that can meet the development needs of the cultural and tourism industry.To consolidate the foundation of tourism talents,higher vocational colleges need to deepen curriculum reform,taking the curriculum implementation plan as the engine,and strive to create new ways of curriculum-based education from the perspective of new quality productive forces.Taking the teaching research on the ideology and politics reform of the“Fundamentals of National Tour Guides”curriculum in higher vocational colleges as an example,a brand-new path for ideology and politics construction is proposed,which has reference significance for vocational colleges on how to use courses to guide students to enhance their sense of social responsibility and mission,and cultivate high-quality skilled talents.
