摘要
新时代粤商精神,是广大粤商作为改革开放的参与者、见证者,以及新时代的奋进者、开拓者,在抢抓机遇的奋进征程中铸就而成的独特精神标识;将其融入“就业指导”课程思政建设,有助于丰富课程素材资源,凸显地方专业特色,促进建设目标实现,提升思政育人成效,助力地方经济发展。通过重构课程内容、创新教学方法、加强数字化技术支持、强化师资队伍建设、构建考核评价体系等途径,实现新时代粤商精神与“就业指导”课程思政建设及教学的现实需求相契合,不断提高新时代粤商精神的融入精准度,并拓展其融入深度,助力广东高职商科类专业“就业指导”课程思政建设取得扎实成效。
The Cantonese business spirit in the new era represents a unique spiritual emblem,which has been molded by a large number of Cantonese businessmen.These businessmen have been both participants and witnesses during the reform and opening-up period,and also strivers and trailblazers in the new era.They have forged this spirit during their arduous pursuit of seizing opportunities.Integrating it into the curriculum ideology and politics construction of the“employment guidance”course can help enrich material resources of the course,highlight the local professional characteristics,promote the realization of the construction goals,enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and support local economic development.Through reconfiguring the course content,innovating teaching methods,strengthening digital technology support,reinforcing the construction of the teaching staff,and establishing an assessment and evaluation system,the Cantonese business spirit in the new era can be made to align with the practical needs of the curriculum ideology and politics construction and teaching of the“employment guidance”course.This will continuously improve the accuracy of integration,expand its depth,and help achieve solid results in the curriculum ideology and politics construction of the“employment guidance”for business-related majors in higher vocational colleges in Guangdong.
