绿色勘查技术在伊犁地区铀矿勘查项目钻探工程中的应用

摘要 通过新疆伊犁地区铀矿勘查项目,从特殊的地质构造(层间氧化带砂岩型铀矿)、复杂施工环境、脆弱生态环境及严格环保政策等方面,深入剖析了铀矿勘查钻探作业与常规岩心钻探的差异。针对钻探工程中废气、噪声、水污染、固体废物、放射性废物等环境影响因素,提出了针对性的绿色勘查技术措施,建立了泥浆闭环循环系统、放射性实时监测、低噪设备优化及生态即时修复等技术的集成应用体系。监测数据显示,施工区柴油发电机废气各污染物最大落地浓度均符合相关标准,噪声满足排放限值,废弃泥浆等固体废物得到妥善处理,放射性废物辐射水平处于环境本底值表明绿色技术显著降低了环境影响。该项目已入选自然资源部绿色勘查示范名录,为同类铀矿勘查提供了技术范式。 Through the uranium exploration project in Yili of Xinjiang,the differences between uranium exploration drilling and conventional core drilling were deeply analyzed from special geological structures(interlayer oxidation zone sandstone type uranium deposits),complex construction environments,fragile ecological environments,as well as strict environmental protection policies.The targeted green exploration technology measures have been proposed for environmental impact factors such as exhaust gas,noise,water pollution,solid waste and radioactive waste in drilling project,and an integrated application system of closed-loop mud circulation system,real-time radioactive monitoring,low-noise equipment optimization and immediate ecological restoration has been established.The monitoring datum indicate that all the maximum ground concentrations of various pollutants from the exhaust gas of diesel generators in the construction area Complies with relevant standards,the noise also meets the emission limits,solid wastes such as waste mud are properly disposed of,and the radiation level of radioactive waste is at the environmental background value which show that the green technologies have significantly reduced the environmental impact.This project has been selected into the Green Exploration Demonstration List by the Ministry of Natural Resources,providing a technical paradigm for similar uranium exploration projects.
