摘要
本研究以法庭口译研究的“跨法系、跨语言、跨学科知识再生产”属性为理论基点,通过对SSCI、A&HCI和CSSCI三大索引225篇文献的系统分析,揭示其全球知识生产特征:知识形态层面,司法实践与学术理论动态互构,推动地方性知识向法治共识转化;学科架构层面,法学、语言学、社会学和翻译学的交叉融合形成多模态知识再生产范式;方法论层面,质性阐释与量化验证的协同路径是构建知识体系、推动法庭口译学发展的核心驱动力。国际研究图景为我国法庭口译学自主体系建构提供逻辑起点:以问题为导向,通过观念革新突破学科边界,以视域拓展融合法治实践需求,以方法创新驱动理论范式转型。在统筹推进国内法治和涉外法治的时代背景下,中国法庭口译学自主知识体系的构建,不仅是提升涉外司法专业化水平的理论支撑,更是走好中国法治道路、讲好中国法治故事、传播中国法治声音的知识基础。
This study investigates courtroom interpreting research through the theoretical lens of Transknowletology,with a focus on the“cross-legal system,cross-lingual,and interdisciplinary reproduction of knowledge”.Drawing on a systematic analysis of 225 articles indexed in SSCI,A&HCI,and CSSCI,this study identifies key patterns in the global production of knowledge in this field.First,at the epistemological level,judicial practice and academic theory are shown to be mutually constitutive,enabling the transformation of localized experience into shared principles underpinning the rule of law.Second,at the disciplinary level,the convergence of legal studies,linguistics,sociology,and translation studies supports a multimodal paradigm of knowledge reproduction.Third,methodologically,the integration of qualitative inquiry and quantitative validation forms the core driver of scholarly advancement in courtroom interpreting studies.Insights from the international research landscape point to strategic directions for developing a localized yet globally relevant knowledge system for courtroom interpreting in China:embracing problem-driven inquiry,fostering interdisciplinary synthesis through conceptual innovation,addressing the demands of rule of law implementation through broadened analytical perspectives,and promoting theoretical paradigm shifts through methodological refinement.In the context of China's efforts to strengthen both domestic and foreign-related rule of law,establishing an autonomous knowledge system for courtroom interpreting studies serves not only as a theoretical scaffolding for enhancing foreign-related judicial professionalism,but also offers an intellectual platform for shaping and communicating China's rule of law discourse to the international readership.
