摘要
为实现钢斜梁高空吊装一体化施工就位,结合工程实践,设计公开了“可变角度移动式钢结构斜梁吊装调节支撑体系”,其工艺步骤包括:可移动支撑架体安装,顶升调节装置安装,移动式定位卡板安装,对接顶升调节装置,整体支撑体系调试,钢斜梁吊升就位与临时固定,顶升钢斜梁至安装位置,调节待连接钢斜梁角度,钢斜梁轴向移位,对接连接部,钢斜梁复核就位,对位施焊,流水施工,直至完成同层施工段钢斜梁吊装,整体支撑体系横向移位,循环施工,直至完成整体钢斜梁吊装工作。整体技术方案遵循以“横向整体支撑位移,斜向待装构件灵活对位”为原则,吊装就位准确,机械化程度高,节省工期,可供行业参考借鉴。
In order to realize the integrated construction of overhead lifting of steel inclined beams in place,combined with engineering practice,the design of the variable angle mobile steel inclined beam lifting adjustment support system is disclosed.The process steps include:installation of movable support frame,installation of jacking adjustment device,installation of mobile positioning plate,docking jacking adjustment device,overall support system debugging,lifting steel inclined beam into position and temporary fixing,jacking steel inclined beam to the installation position,adjusting the angle of steel inclined beam to be connected,axial displacement of steel inclined beam,docking of connecting part,reviewing steel inclined beam in position,aligning and welding,streaming construction until completion of the same level of the construction section of the lifting of steel inclined beams,horizontal displacement of the overall support system,and cyclic construction until completion of the overall lifting work of the steel inclined beams.The overall technical program follows the principle of lateral overall support displacement,oblique to be installed components flexible alignment,lifting in place accurately,high degree of mechanization,saving time,can be used as a reference for the industry.
