水平循环荷载作用下填芯管桩承载特性试验

摘要 设计室内模型试验,通过混凝土半桩模型和一侧透明的模型箱模拟填芯管桩在砂土中受水平荷载作用的过程,开展循环荷载下填芯管桩水平承载特性研究。首先自主设计了半桩模型试验装置,再利用多功能振动混合试验系统进行填芯管桩载荷试验,先根据静载试验得到在不同填芯位置和填芯率下填芯管桩的极限承载力,然后以静载条件下得到的极限承载力为加载依据进行循环加载试验设计,展开循环荷载作用下填芯管桩的试验研究。最后通过试验数据分析得到填芯管桩的水平累积变形规律以及其随循环荷载比、循环次数的变化规律。试验研究了填芯管桩水平承载特性,为后续填芯管桩的工程实践提供了支撑。 The indoor model test was designed to simulate the process of horizontal load of core-filled pipe pile in sandy soil through a concrete half-pile model and a transparent model box,and the horizontal bearing characteristics of core-filled pipe pile under cyclic load were studied.Firstly,the semi-pile model test device was designed independently,and then the multi-function vibration hybrid test system was used to carry out the load test of the core-filled pipe pile.Firstly,the ultimate bearing capacity of the core-filled pipe pile under different core-filling positions and core-filling rates was obtained according to the static load test,and then the cyclic loading test design was carried out based on the ultimate bearing capacity obtained under the static load condition,and the experimental study of the core-filled pipe pile under cyclic load was carried out.Finally,through the analysis of test data,the horizontal cumulative deformation law of core-filled pipe pile and its variation law with cyclic load ratio and cyclic times are obtained.The horizontal bearing characteristics of core-filled pipe pile are studied experimentally,which provides support for the subsequent engineering of core-filled pipe pile.
