摘要
采用劈裂抗拉和钻芯拉拔试验测试了A40、A50、A60、A70、ZTZ、PGXY、ZDXY系列第Ⅳ类灌浆料产品粘结强度。通过对比分析,认为在工程中使用试块法测定劈裂抗拉粘结强度比使用钻芯法测定钻芯拉拔粘结强度更方便。此试验为现场检测时能够提前掌握灌浆料的材质提供了参考。
The analysis conducted splitting tensile and core pull-out tests to determine the bond strength of Class IV grouting material products A40,A50,A60,A70,ZTZ,PGXY,and ZDXY.Through comparative analysis,it is believed that using the cylinder specimen method to determine splitting tensile bond strength is more convenient than using the core pull-out method to determine bond strength.This test provides a reference for on-site testing to understand the material properties of grouting material in advance.
