摘要
为了解决在建项目的混凝土质量问题,提升企业的质量管理水平,印证统计过程控制方法在混凝土质量管理中应用的可行性。以在建项目的混凝土质量管理问题为研究对象,针对混凝土强度和工作性能异常的原因进行控制图分析,提出改进措施。采用不合格品率控制图(P控制图)和XBar-S控制图分别对混凝土入输送泵前的工作性能、混凝土取样成型阶段以及混凝土结构成型后的强度比值百分率进行统计分析,从而找到这些质量问题的缘由。通过增强管理力度、强化教育培训、控制原材料质量和机制砂含水率等措施,解决了上述质量问题,论证了统计过程控制方法在混凝土质量管理中应用的可行性。
In order to solve the concrete quality problems of projects under construction,improve the quality management level of enterprises,and verify the feasibility of the application of Statistical process control in concrete quality management.Taking the concrete quality management issues of ongoing projects as the research object,control chart analysis is conducted on the reasons for abnormal concrete strength and working performance,and improvement measures are proposed.Statistical analysis was conducted on the working performance of concrete before entering the delivery pump,the sampling and forming stage of concrete,and the percentage of strength ratio after the formation of concrete structure using the P control chart and XBar-S control chart,respectively,to identify the reasons for these quality issues.By strengthening management efforts,strengthening education and training,controlling the quality of raw materials and the moisture content of machine sand,the above quality problems have been solved,and the feasibility of applying statistical process control methods in concrete quality management has been demonstrated.
