基于陕北矿井水水处理加药回归模型算法研究

摘要 在矿井水水处理流程中,絮凝沉淀是至关重要的一环。然而,由于絮凝沉淀过程的复杂性,且水质变化较大,导致药剂消耗极大,药剂的投加控制变得异常困难,通过研究陕北煤矿矿井水絮凝沉淀影响因素,分析采集的历史数据,建立一个矿井水处理絮凝药剂预测加药模型,能够实现输入矿井水水质状态,计算出絮凝药剂添加量,实现矿井水的快速沉降和药剂的最优投加,形成矿井水絮凝沉淀加药依据,合理控制加药量,达到降低药剂消耗、节约成本的目的。 In the mine water treatment process,flocculation and precipitation is a crucial step.However,due to the complexity of thecculation and precipitation process,and the significant changes in the quality of the influent water,the consumption of chemicals is extremely high,and the control of chemicaling becomes abnormally difficult.By studying the factors affecting the flocculation and precipitation of mine water in the Shannan coal mine,analyzing the collected historical,and establishing a predictive dosing model for flocculation chemicals in mine water treatment,it is possible to input the state of the mine water quality and calculate amount of flocculation chemicals to be added.This will achieve rapid settling of the mine water and optimal use of the chemicals,forming a basis for dosing the flocculation and precipitation of mine water,reasonably controlling the dosing amount,and achieving the effect of reducing chemical consumption and saving costs.
